Terms and procedure for replacement:
Our company assumes full responsibility regarding the possible placement of a defective product in your order and therefore proceeds to replace it if the notification from you is made no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the package, the garment has the label of our store and its original packaging. If the above conditions apply, you follow the following procedure:
– You photograph it so that the defective part is clearly visible and send the photo by email to sales@ccshop.gr
– If the photo proves that the conditions mentioned above apply, we will contact you to finalize the replacement.
– We send you a new product without shipping costs and with a delivery time of 2-6 working days . You deliver the defective product to the courier at the time you are given the new package.
Terms and conditions and exchange procedure:
It is a procedure to change the size, color or code. Your request can be carried out if the change notification is made by you no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the package, the garment is in its original condition without damage, the branding label has not been removed and the original packaging is present.
If the above conditions apply, you follow the following procedure:
You contact us in one of the following ways informing us of the request for the change.
- By telephone during the days and hours of operation of the shop
- Βy sending a message to our email sales@ccshop.gr
- The first change is FREE of charge only in the size of the same product.
- Any other change (e.g. color, other product, etc.) is charged with a 5€ shipping / replacement costs.
- Each subsequent change will be charged to you and the cost is 5,00€.
- If the new product is of a lower value the difference will be credited to your name and will be deducted from a future order.
- If the new product is of a higher value the difference will be paid to the carrier upon delivery of the new package.
- The change is made within 2-5 working days for Greece. The courier will deliver the change package to you and will pick up your original package.
